In this article, we explore an incident where fashion ads were repeatedly rejected by Facebook's AI system. This case study highlights the challenges of AI bias and the importance of responsible AI governance. The incident maps to the Govern function in HISPI Project Cerebellum Trusted AI Model (TAIM).
