Investigating a Concerning AI Application: Incident #103

Recent events surrounding the deployment of an autonomous driving application, Incident #103, have raised serious concerns about the safety and reliability of AI systems. The incident involved multiple accidents in quick succession, leading to questions about the effectiveness of guardrails for AI and the importance of responsible AI governance.
