Exploring the Impact of Unintended AI Behavior in Incident #158
An examination of a recent incident involving AI, where an unanticipated behavior occurred, showcasing the need for robust responsible AI governance. The incident highlights the importance of safe and secure AI systems, as well as the implementation of guardrails to prevent harm. Through HISPI Project Cerebellum TAIM, we invite contributors to learn more about the incident and contribute towards improving AI incident databases like ours.
