Independent News Sites Flagged as Spam by Facebook's AI Moderation System

Facebook's AI moderation system inadvertently flagged and deleted authentic news articles from independent local publishers globally, impeding content dissemination and decreasing web traffic. Attempts to appeal were often unanswered.
