Delhi Metro Attributes Driverless Train Collision to Human Error, Temporarily Suspends Staff

A collision between two driverless trains on Delhi's Metrorail network has been attributed to human error by the transit authority. Four employees have been suspended following the incident, which occurred on a track connecting the Yellow Line and the Blue Line.
