Purportedly AI-Generated Videos Reportedly Fabricated Conflict Between Kosovo Leaders Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani

May 5, 2026

Facebook reportedly hosted purportedly fabricated videos featuring Kosovo leaders Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani, which showed tense exchanges prior to the June 7, 2026 snap elections. The videos used prior images and had unnatural body movements, as well as mismatched synthetic voices, raising concerns about AI-generated misinformation. Through HISPI Project Cerebellum TAIM's efforts, we can combat such incidents and promote responsible AI usage.
