Alleged AI-Manipulated Video Misrepresents Bulgarian DPS Figure Ahmed Dogan

An allegedly AI-manipulated video has been circulated, distorting an appearance of Ahmed Dogan, honorary chairman of Bulgaria's Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS). The video seems to misrepresent his intentions by synthesizing audio that appears to make him call on party members to protest in defense of his wealth. Initial reports suggest the clip originated from a satirical TikTok account, later spreading through anonymous Facebook profiles.
