Autonomous Vehicle Operator's Attention Diverted Before Fatal Self-Driving Incident

A self-driving Uber vehicle, operated by a human backup driver, was involved in a fatal crash in Tempe, Arizona. It was reported that the operator had been watching The Voice on television shortly before the incident occurred.
